Windsor Granny Flat August 2012
Our latest job was to supply and install plasterboard/gyprock to a small granny flat near Windsor on the Hawksbury river.
The building was quite straight forward on the inside and had a more complicated raked ceiling over the front verandah in 13mm water resistant plasterboard. The rake rose to 4.2m high.
Inside was finished with a 4 step decorative cornice. Outside the verandah ceiling was finished with plastic casing bead against all timber beams.
The job took 2 tradesman 3 days including sanding with the raked verandah ceiling proving to be quite time consuming
