Plasterboard architect designed house Wagstaffe
This video features the plastering/gyprocking of a recently completed job in Wagstaffe on the NSW Central Coast. This house is architect designed and features some examples of detailed plastering work including –
* coffered ceilings with exposed timber beams
* perimeter set finish using metal internal angle
* decorative cornice – small profile 2 step design incorperating a 10mm shadow line
* set storage boxes that double as seating
* set fireplace surround incorperating a niche for a wall mounted TV screen
This house took around 3 weeks to install the plasterboard and finish the joints ready for painting.
