This video shows us repairing holes in a plaster/gyprock ceiling that were left after removing some downlights and speakers.
There were 5 holes in total, ranging in size from 120mm to 250mm. The video shows the plasterboard offcuts we used to backblock and fill the holes, which are then plastered over and sanded to leave a smooth finish. After painting it will be nearly impossible to spot which areas had been been repaired.
